Unfortunately there's a deformity on the larger table of the product. It was packaged protectively, so the deformity was probably there before shipping even began.

I haven't seen the product yet, but I'd recommend you work with a different courier - they left it at a different building entrance and went, even though I'd said I'm still at work, just leave it by my door, they said it was too heavy to carry. Excuse me, but if a grown man couldn't carry it, how am I, a woman, supposed to carry it up 5 flights! You definitely need a different courier.....
