Some parts of the product arrived broken due to delivery or another reason, but I didn't mind as I'll be using it outside, the delivery time was very good, it arrived in 2 days and the quality is also good.

I bought it as a shoe rack, but we decided to put the children's toys in it. It doesn't seem suitable for an open/close shoe rack.

The product arrived but there's no assembly manual. Please fix this deficiency and contact me, I cannot assemble the product.

I bought it to use as a shoe rack, but I'm struggling because the shelf gaps are short. I think it would work better as a pantry cabinet, but assembly was very easy.

A missing item arrived.

The shelf gaps are very small. It was smaller than I expected. Only 2 shoes fit on each shelf. You could use it more for towels and bed linen rather than shoes. Other than that, it arrived sturdy, thank you.
