The product is nice, but I wish you'd pre-drilled the screw points before sending it, it made a lot of noise in the house. Assembly isn't possible for anyone without a drill. Other than that, it's just as it looks in the photo.

Hello, I don't have any issue with the product itself, but it didn't say anything about it being a promotional product or similar - we did the assembly ourselves, and now we can't cancel the assembly service. Could you please help with this? Because I'm the one who selected the assembly option, and there was no change in the price, I'd really appreciate your support.
