The product is nice, but I wish you'd pre-drilled the screw points before sending it, it made a lot of noise in the house. Assembly isn't possible for anyone without a drill. Other than that, it's just as it looks in the photo.

Hello, I don't have any issue with the product itself, but it didn't say anything about it being a promotional product or similar - we did the assembly ourselves, and now we can't cancel the assembly service.
