Materials Used and Features

Support Pillars: 51 mm diameter, 1 mm thick metal tube - Bedstead Side Rails: 15x25 mm, 1 mm thick double spiral profile. (Notable for its high resistance to mattress sagging.)

• Bed Base Profiles: 15x25 mm, 1 mm thick, 10 bed base profiles and 6 T-support legs are used. Thus, it has a high carrying capacity, and you do not need to place any additional material (MDF, plywood, etc.) under the mattress.
• Paint: Epoxy polyester resin electrostatic powder paint is used. After being baked at 180-200 degrees Celsius, it becomes ready for use in accordance with TSE and CE certification standards.
• Plastic: High tensile and fracture strength ABS quality industrial plastic (specially designed and patented) *
