The packaging was very good. The delivery arrived on time and was delivered quickly. We assembled it easily with the instruction sheet inside. After determining the bottom and top shelves, the parts fit together like a jigsaw puzzle; a drill is essential for assembly. The only negative side is that a coupon was offered for the product shortly after I placed my order, and I couldn't use it.
