Terms & conditions

1. Who we are

This website is operated by PAZAR9 LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17327723. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

The quickest way to reach us is through our contact form. We reply by email to the address you give us.

2. About these terms

These terms apply to every order you place with us through this website. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you confirm that you accept them. They are written for consumers buying for personal use; if you are buying for a business, some of the rights described below (such as the right to cancel) do not apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the moment you place it.

3. Our products

We sell furniture and home accessories, all of them new — we do not sell second-hand, ex-display or refurbished goods. Every product page lists the dimensions, materials and other details of the item; measurements are given in centimetres and weights in kilograms. Photographs and rendered images are there to show you the product, but colours can look different from screen to screen, and natural materials such as wood vary slightly in grain and tone. Small variations of this kind are normal and are not a fault.

We do not offer personalised, bespoke or made-to-measure items. Everything we sell is a standard product, so your right to cancel is never restricted on the grounds of personalisation.

4. Your order and when a contract is formed

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send straight afterwards acknowledges that we have received your order — it is not acceptance. A contract between us comes into existence only when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is unavailable, because we cannot deliver to your address, or because we have spotted a pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) or euro (EUR) depending on the country you are shopping from, and include all taxes we are required to charge.
  • Delivery is charged separately. The cost is calculated from the size, weight and destination of your order and is shown in full before you pay — see our delivery page.
  • We take payment by card through Stripe, our payment provider. Card payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure where your bank requires it. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • Prices can change, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have spotted the mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Orders are dispatched from our supplier in Turkey and carried by international couriers. Our estimated delivery time is about 7 days from the day you order. Estimates are not guarantees: customs handling and courier delays can add time.

Import duties and taxes on your order are paid by us, so there is nothing to pay the courier on delivery. Full details are on our delivery page.

Your order becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us. If we miss our estimated delivery time by a wide margin, or if a delivery date was essential and we knew that, you can contact us to cancel and receive a refund.

7. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. How to do this, who pays the return postage and when you get your money back are all set out on our returns page.

8. If something is wrong with your order

We must supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. If they are not, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives UK consumers a short-term right to reject the goods and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and a right to a repair or replacement after that. Consumers in the European Union have equivalent rights under the EU consumer sales rules, including a two-year legal guarantee.

Tell us through the contact form as soon as you can, with your order number and a photograph if the item is damaged. Where an item is faulty or was damaged in transit, we pay the cost of returning it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption where you are buying for business purposes.

We never limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Events outside our control

If something beyond our reasonable control — extreme weather, industrial action, courier or customs disruption, or similar — delays your order, we will contact you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to limit the delay. If the delay is substantial you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

11. Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us through the contact form if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

12. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our privacy policy, and set cookies as described in our cookie policy.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please tell us first through the contact form — most problems are quickest to fix directly. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
