Materials Used and Features
-Support Posts:51 mm diameter, 1 mm thick metal tube
-Side Rails:15x25 mm, 1 mm thick double helix profile. (Noted for high resistance against mattress sagging.)
-Under-mattress Profiles:15x25 mm, 1 mm thick, 10 under-mattress slat iron profiles are used. This ensures high load capacity and eliminates the need to place any additional support (MDF, plywood, etc.) under the mattress.
-Paint:Electrostatic powder coating with epoxy polyester resin is used. After being baked at 180-200 degreestemperature, it becomes ready for use according to TSE and CE certification standards.
-Plastic:High tensile and fracture strength ABS quality industrial plastic (special design and patented)
