Very nicely packaged, reached me completely intact without any knocks, I bought it as a bedside unit, I'll update once I've mounted it. I'll give some info about mounting since a lot of people have asked the seller about it too - you drill into the wall, insert the yellow wall plug into the hole in the wall, then screw the nail-mount shelf in, turning it round and round until it's tight against the wall. Don't try to hammer it in with a hammer or anything hard, you'll damage the shelf. Something to watch out for: since it's fitted by turning, there shouldn't be a socket or anything nearby - for example, I was going to mount it directly over a socket, and I found out it can't be done that way.
