The product reached me quickly and sturdy. Packaging was done with care, all the parts and screws arrived complete. Assembly was clearly explained. Arrived just as it looks, it's just that the cream-coloured section is matte rather than glossy. I gave 3 stars - I docked 1 star for small scratches, and 1 star because the leg mounting points were only marked in pencil, when they could have been pre-drilled to make assembly easier. I haven't assembled it yet since I won't be using it for a while.
