A sturdy, practical, and well-designed product. I bought it on sale. A cordless drill is needed for assembly; it makes it faster and easier. First, watch the assembly video all the way through to understand the logic, and carefully follow the assembly chart.

Hello, I assembled the product, but one of the screws in the metal was fitted incorrectly, wouldn't come out at all, and broke. Could you please send another metal shelf?

The product is nice, but assembly is incredibly difficult. The assembly fee is so high that it's probably better not to buy it, the decision is yours.🥰

The product is very heavy and long; it would be more sensible to request home delivery. Assembly was easy, but only one part of the packaging was protected; the other part was directly exposed to the delivery box. And because it was extremely heavy, the couriers naturally handled it roughly, resulting in impacts. We assembled it despite the packaging not being very robust, but aligning the screws in this section was quite challenging. The packaging should be more protective. Also, the hangers and lid handle are plastic, other parts are metal, just so you know.

The product is exactly the same as in the visual. Easy assembly; I finished it in half an hour. My husband was very pleased.

Quite durable, it looks nice, but the only problem was that the thick screws used for the wire sections weren't fully compatible.

The holes were drilled incorrectly; one side of the bottom doesn't close. It's not sturdy, and caused extra work.
