Materials Used and Features

-Supporting Uprights: Metal tube with 51 mm diameter and 1 mm wall thickness

-Bedstead Side Rails: Double helical profile, 15x25 mm in size with 1 mm wall thickness. (It stands out with its high resistance against mattress bending.)

-Mattress Support Profiles: There are 10 iron slat profiles, 15x25 mm in size with 1 mm wall thickness, for the mattress base. Thus, it has a high load capacity, and there is no need to place any additional material (MDF, plywood, etc.) under the mattress.

-Paint: Electrostatic powder paint with epoxy polyester resin is used. 180-200 degrees After baking at this temperature, it becomes ready for use according to TSE and CE certification norms.

-Plastic: ABS quality industrial plastic with high tensile and fracture strength (special design and patented)
