It's been a month since I returned it and it's still 'under review'. At this point I think they're deliberately dragging it out. When will this actually get resolved?

The product arrived deformed, but we decided to assemble it anyway despite that. This time we noticed there's a balance problem too. The top table has a gap on the C-shaped part, and it looks like it would tip right over with the slightest force applied in that direction. It didn't feel safe at all. Quality-wise, it's just meh.
